TouchDesigner Image Dithering Algorithms

Offers six different image dithering techniques for creating unique graphic art effects. This project explores the power of AI-assisted development. I envisioned recreating classic image dithering within TouchDesigner and leveraged AI to help me solve the algorithmic challenges. The result is this collection of 6 popular dithering methods, ready for you to explore.

Important Notes:

• GPU Intensive: This tool relies heavily on GPU processing. Expect longer render times, especially with high-resolution images. Real-time performance is not guaranteed, and video input is not recommended.
• Image Update: If a newly input image doesn't update, try pressing the "SETUP" button on the script TOP.
• Monochrome Processing: The core dithering algorithm operates on monochrome images. For color results, apply color with post-processing techniques.
